We pride ourselves on treating all our customers fairly. We don’t rely on gimmicks, like providing a lower-than-market price simply to steal a customer from another propane company only to increase the price on that customer the following year. That’s not fair to the new customer, who deserves to get a fair price every year, not just the first one. That’s not fair to the loyal customer, who shouldn’t have to pay more for propane than someone who just started with us.
Customers new and old should be able to trust the propane company they do business with. We have worked hard to establish and build that trust for more than 40 years. We will treat you fairly.
When you need propane, you need propane. We take pride in providing top-notch customer service. That’s why we guarantee delivery within three business days, which is faster than most in the industry provide. We will provide fast service.
You pay for your propane. You shouldn’t have to pay to have it delivered. We are happy to deliver your propane within three business days. We won’t charge you for it.*
(*We never charge a fee for regular deliveries. Some emergency deliveries may come with a charge.)
(applies to propane only) Pre purchase your propane in the late summer/early fall. You may purchase your entire winter usage amount or purchase a minimum requirement of 1200 gallons on a 1000 gallon tank, a minimum purchase of 700 gallons on a 500 gallon tank and a minimum of 500 gallons on a 330 gallon tank.
(applies to propane only) A small enrollment fee will CAP your price for the entire heating season (ends May 31 of the following year). Avery Oil & Propane, Inc. will deliver your propane on an automatic delivery system and as long as your account stays with in our credit terms (net 30 days) we will honor a price cap. (credit terms apply)
Balance your heat cost into even monthly payments with our Fixed-Price Budget program. We offer 2 budget payment options. Option #1 is a 12 month plan, with your 1st payment due July 1st. Option #2 is a 10 month payment plan, with your 1st payment due September 1st. Both options end with reconciliation of your account by June 15th of the following year. Adjustments for any over or underpayment are made in June (the final month of the plan). We estimate your payment based on your consumption and weather data. (credit terms apply)
